Hi! My name is Lesley. I started my career as a therapeutic massage therapist and bodyworker over 21 years ago.  Overtime, I have come to realize that my true calling is in helping other's find the root of their concerns, understand them, and shift them to what they prefer.  I am passionate about bringing subconscious ways of being to the conscious level in safe and effective ways to integrate all parts of the self.  I love watching clients grow in ways they never imagined and are now able to empower and support themselves.

My mission is to empower people to self-heal for the betterment of their present and future relationships, and my vision is to bring peace to the world by healing the relationship to self.

My business values are an important element of my practice. I am an all-inclusive coach, helping you to find your way into better connection with yourself and others.

I am committed to this work because I was involved in unhealthy relationship dynamics for most of my life. My attachment style affected my connection with myself and others in radical ways.  Being a part of this work has shown me that although I am grateful for how much I have grown, everything I have learned, and the desire to help others like me; I also recognize that if I would have been introduced to this style of work earlier, then my life could have been very different.
